The Physicians and staff of San Diego Neurosurgery and Spine Institute and The San Diego Brain Tumor Institute wish to take this opportunity to welcome you to our practice. OFFICE HOURS & APPOINTMENTS
Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Each of our physicians sees patients at various times throughout the week, but we will make every effort to accommodate your schedule as well. If you are calling our office to schedule an appointment, you will be transferred to the appropriate physicians scheduler. If you are a new patient, please have your insurance information available. In order to assure the most complete evaluation, it is ESSENTIAL that you bring the following information with you for your appointment:

		All X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, angiograms, myelograms and other studies that have been performed relating to your visit to San Diego Neurosurgery and Spine Institute or San Diego Brain Tumor Institute. ( The actual pictures, not just the reports).
		Insurance Card
		Driver’s License
		Any previous medical records, especially test result

We make every effort to see our patients promptly, and we ask that you arrive at the appointment time. Unfortunately, emergency surgeries may periodically occur; we will do our best to inform you as far in advance as possible of any delays or the need to reschedule your appointment. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

EMERGENCY CARE

Emergencies do occur, and everyone in our office will do their best to respond to your problem quickly. In the event of a severe situation, or one in which you are in doubt, go immediately to the Emergency Room of the nearest hospital and ask them to contact one of our physicians.If the situation is not severe, but one where you wish to contact the doctor, please telephone the office and the doctor will be in touch with you either directly or through his staff, giving you instructions on how to best handle your problem.
